Mark Parr, President
Born and raised in Baltimore, I'm a graduate of Cardinal Gibbons High School & Frostburg State College (1978).
I started my carreer in the Financial Services Industry. Working initially as a Bill Collector, Office Manager and Mortgage Loan Officer before working for a Reprographics Company as an Account Executive in their Legal Services Business. I amicably split with the business to start Courthouse Copy Services in 1990.
CCS opened in January, 1991 in Baltimore. We have grown aand evolved in these years servicing the specific needs of the Legal and Business Communities in the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan area.
Brooke Parr, ARP
Born and raised in Baltimore, I am a graduate of Catonsville High School and the University of Delaware. Following graduation I taught in Baltimore County Public Schools for several years.
After a relocation I returned to school taking business classes at Indiana University. Retail management followed and then insurance underwriting.
When our two daughters were born I stayed at home for several years and then worked part-time in the schools, in a restaurant and here at Courthouse Copy. I have been in the Business Office here since 2005.
James Campkin, Production
I have been with the company nearly since it's inception performing a variety of duties. I'm known around the office as a jack of all trades. I am a fitness enthusiast and a licensed personal trainer. I also enjoy writing and recording music in my spare time.
Emily Parr, Account Manager
As the daughter of Mark & Brooke, I joined the family business in 2017. With a degree in Business Technology Administration from UMBC and many years of work experience in hospitality and customer service, the decision to join the team here at Courthouse Copy was an easy one.
I have enjoyed learning from the experienced staff here that has cemented Courthouse Copy in the legal community over the past 20+ years, and continue to learn daily.
In my time outside of work I spend time with my friends and family (we don't see each other enough), and I waitress part time.
Sterling Washington, Production Manager
A native of North West Washington, D.C, I came to Courthouse Copy after eight years of service in the Military. I have been employed by CCS for 20 years. I currently manage the day to day production of our copying and printing department. In my spare time I enjoy listening to jazz music and spending time with my family.
Cheryl Brown, Production
I was born and raised in Baltimore city and have been a part of the Courthouse Copy team for 16 years. My main focus at Courthouse Copy is to keep the production shop running smoothly. I am responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining equipment and most importantly ensuring quality work for our clients.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, listening to music and spending time with my grand children.
Sunny Day Parr
I'm Sunny. If you ask me, I'm too handsome to work, but here I am. I guess I am glad that I found my "furever" home with people who take me everywhere so I never have to be alone.
I'm in charge of company morale and keeping everyone in line. I monitor lunch breaks very, very closely. It's an important job but I am selfless enough to simply accept payment via belly rubs and treats. Feel free to come by and see me!
Courthouse Copy Services was established in 1990 to provide the Baltimore legal community with professional litigation & document duplication support.

Since the beginning, Courthouse Copy Services has created a network of support based upon the specialized needs of the legal profession. Through this commitment, we have achieved an excellent reputation in the legal community and more importantly, we have earned the trust and confidence of our clients.
